I love sandwiches! Unfortunately, most deli meat is loaded with sodium, so for the most part, I've been avoiding sandwiches. Today, I splurged and bought some Boar's Head No Salt Added Oven Roasted Turkey Breast and some Boar's Head Lacey Swiss Cheese. The meat only has 55 mg of sodium for 2 oz., and the cheese is 35 mg for 1 oz. Both are very tasty! http://www.boarshead.com/index.php They have a good nutritional brochure on-line. They have other lower sodium options as well. Whether you're watching sodium or not, it's worthwhile to read the brochure just to compare sodium levels. It's eye-opening!
