Procedures, Procedures

So, things have been better at dialysis the last couple of times.  However, there is something not quite right with my fistula.  They have had to stick me in different parts of it, which hurts like it did to begin with, since it's new territory.  I am going to my vascular surgeon on Monday to have a procedure to see what's going on.  It seems to have narrowed in parts.  I think it's mostly due to the recent infiltration.

Wednesday, I went to the gyno to see about the mass on my right ovary.  It's not a cyst.  It's still there, and isn't going anywhere until I have surgery.  I go back this coming Wednesday to get the results of some blood tests, and to see where we go from there.  One of the tests should give an indication as to whether or not it is malignant.  The doctor said it's most likely benign, based on my ultrasound, but she's doing this test to determine whether she should do my surgery or whether an oncologist should.

I'll keep you posted.
